Delivery

Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery and usual will take 3 working days. In some circumstances this may take up to 14 days from point of transaction for goods. The delivery charge for UK is £3.50 for worldwide delivery please enquire.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, return unused, with any original tags attached and in resalable condition, within 10 days for a full refund or exchange on goods. No refund can be given if goods are returned after more than 10 days of the invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return any items, please return all items via recorded delivery, as Apna Libaas Ltd is not responsible for items that are not received.

NOTE: Items must still have their original tags attached and include any appropriate packaging. Goods that are soiled (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be accepted.

Upon receiving the returned item we will post any requested exchanges or refund the credit card used for the original transaction. If the purchase was made by cheque or postal order then a cheque will be returned.

Availability

We only sell what we have actually got in stock at our store. Enquires about stock that will be coming available will be sold on a first come first served basis.

International import and custom duties

Any import and custom duties once the parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Disclaimer

Please make sure the e-mail address you give us is correct. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. All prices are inclusive of VAT (but do not include delivery charges). As a consumer this does not affect your statuary rights.
